Registration for the Annual Conference 2025 (hereinafter the “Event”) of GAS INFRASTRUCTURE EUROPE AISBL (hereinafter “GIE”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting your registration to attend the Event you agree to be bound by these terms.
Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 calendar days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 30% fee. The GIE Secretariat will process any cancellation request within 1 to 3 business days.
Filling this form means that you allow GIE to use the data for the purpose of your registration for this event only. The data collected will allow the management of participants, the confirmation of registration, the distribution of presentations, and the follow-up communication of the event. Personal information collected by this form will be used for the organisational purpose of this event. Your name, first name, and company name will be used for the participants’ list.
Participation in the event will imply consent to use videos and pictures taken during the event for follow-up communication campaigns of the event only.

This Disclaimer and any rights and obligations arising out of or in connection with it are to be governed by and construed under the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this Disclaimer shall be finally settled under the CEPANI Rules of Arbitration by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with those Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Brussels and will be conducted in English.
