On 1 March 2023, Charlotte Roule took the position of Chief Executive Officer of Storengy, the European leader in underground natural gas storage.
She will continue to develop and leverage the company’s unique expertise in the storage of renewable gases and the production of natural hydrogen, while accelerating its role as a leader in the energy transition.
As part of her significant roles, she will also assume the management of the storage business in France following the departure of its Managing Director, Pierre Chambon, who has just joined ENGIE. Charlotte Roule was hitherto ENGIE Group Strategy Officer. In charge of long-term forecasting, strategic dialogue, and competitive intelligence, she participated in the review of major projects for the company. Before joining the Strategy Department, she managed Storengy UK and ENGIE in China where she coordinated projects focusing on renewable energy, clean solutions for cities and industries, such as cooling networks and electrical mobility.
She was Vice President of the European Chamber of Commerce in China from 2018 to 2021. Now, she represents the Chamber in Paris. Moreover, she is currently a member of the Board of Directors of France Gaz (formerly Association Française du Gaz).
In 2022, Charlotte Roule accompanied the President of ENGIE in his role as co-chair of the B20 (G20business group) Energy, Sustainable Development and Climate working group.

Mr. Kriston has become CEO on 1st July 2020. He has been deputy CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Hungarian Gas Storage since 1st October 2013. Previously, he worked for MVM Hungarian Electicity Plc. among others as Head of Business Development. Before joining MVM Group Mr. Kriston worked in the field of financial advisory and audit for almost 10 years at Deloitte and KPMG, both in Hungary and in Germany. Mr. Kriston holds an MSc. degree in Business Administration and graduated from Corvinus University, Budapest.

Martin has more than 20 years of management experience and a deep technical foundation primarily from the management of specialists, project managers and technicians from various production and project companies.
The employments include C level experience and managing high level budgets including workforces of approx. 100 FTE and in general focused on Plant / Factory management including O&M and project fulfillment.

Doug Waters has worked in the international energy industry for over 20 years across many areas of the business, both technically and commercially – including almost 18 years at E.ON and Uniper.
Starting as a gas turbine specialist, he then had a number of roles in Power Generation, UK Energy Trading, Asset Management and Global CCGT Fleet Management in UK and Spain. In 2015 Doug and his family relocated from Madrid to Dusseldorf, Germany, where for the following five years he has been the Director of Uniper’s international Global Energy Services business with teams in India, Dubai and Singapore as well as UK and Germany. Since November 2020 Doug Waters is heading the gas storage operator Uniper Energy Storage and leading Uniper’s successful storage business into the future market environment.
Doug holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham University, UK and an Executive MBA from ESMT, Berlin, Germany. He is a Chartered Engineer in the UK registered with the Engineering Council and holds a UK NEBOSH Construction Certificate as well as having qualifications related to commodity future and derivatives.

Early Life and Education:
Georg Dorfleutner, born in 1977 in Austria, displayed a blend of analytical prowess and linguistic skill from an early age. His academic journey began at the Bundesrealgymnasium Geblergasse in Vienna, where he completed his University Entrance Diploma (Matura) in 1995, excelling in Descriptive Geometry, Mathematics, and French. Georg’s intellectual curiosity and dedication to the law led him to the Universität Wien, where he earned a Degree in Law (Mag. iur.) in 2001, specializing in Administrative Law and Private International Law.
Career Path:
Georg’s professional journey is marked by a series of strategic positions that leveraged his legal expertise within the energy sector. He began as a trainee lawyer at WDR RECHTSANWÄLTE followed by DULLINGER SCHNEIDER RECHTSANWÄLTE GMBH in August 2003, honing his legal skills until December 2007. Prior to this, he had completed internships at notable institutions such as SIEMENS AG ÖSTERREICH and MAG. DAGMAR NEYER’s law firm, and also served as a trainee at the OBERLANDESGERICHT WIEN. In addition, he dedicated a year to civil service at DER WÜRFEL from June 2002 to May 2003.
In January 2008, Georg joined RAG – ROHÖL-AUFSUCHUNGS AG as a Senior Legal Counsel, where he began to integrate his legal expertise with the energy sector’s operational demands. His role evolved over time, leading him to become the Vice Executive Secretary at GIE – Gas Infrastructure Europe from October 2010 to September 2011, and subsequently the European Affairs Coordinator at RAG from October 2011 to December 2012.
Leadership at RAG Energy Storage GmbH:
Georg’s career reached a pinnacle in January 2013, when he was appointed as the Managing Director of RAG Energy Storage GmbH in Vienna. In this role, he has been responsible for marketing, business development, strategy, legal matters, market monitoring and evaluation, as well as regulatory affairs in the gas industry. His influence extends beyond the company, as he actively engages in lobbying within European and national associations. Georg has been serving as the Vice President of GSE since 2013, as a Board Member of GIE since 2022 and as a Board Member of the NGVA from 2016 till 2023, highlighting his significant impact on the energy sector at a European level.

Anna Slavkovská is Manager of EU Affairs & Regulatory Strategy at Gas Storage CZ in the Czech Republic. She has more than 15 years of experience in energy law, regulation and public affairs, with a particular focus on natural gas storage and European energy policy.
Prior to joining Gas Storage CZ, she held several legal, regulatory and executive positions within the NAFTA Group, including Managing Director of NAFTA Speicher Inzenham GmbH in Germany. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in the implementation of European energy legislation, regulatory reforms, market design and the development of legal and commercial frameworks for gas storage operations across Central Europe.
Anna represents the gas storage sector in several international industry organizations. She has been active within Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) and Gas Storage Europe (GSE) since 2009, became a member of the GSE Executive Committee in 2023 and currently serves on the GIE Board. She is also a member of the International Gas Union (IGU) Storage Committee.

Gaetano Mazzitelli has been Executive Vice President Commercial, Asset Planning & Regulatory Affairs of Snam since February 2021.
He began his career in Snam in 1995 with increasing responsibilities roles, including: national and international acquisition projects and the unbundling of transmission and regasification activities.
In 2001 he was Head of Tariffs and Project Evaluation at Snam Rete Gas, in charge of investment planning and regulated services tariff proposals and contributing to the company IPO.
From 2006 he was in charge of Snam Rete Gas Business Development, ensuring tariffs and network code proposals definitions, gas demand forecasts, the identification of markets and regulations development opportunities and participating to Stogit and Italgas acquisition and integration projects.
In 2011 he was appointed as Snam Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs.
He was Board Director in TAG Gmbh and in Interconnector UK Ltd.
He was Chairman of the Shareholder Meeting of PRISMA European Capacity Platform GmbH between March 2017 and March 2021.
He is President/CEO of ITG, the company owning and operating the pipeline connecting Adriatic LNG terminal with the Italian network.
He is GIE Board Member, GTE and GSE Executive Committee Member as well as ENTSOG Board Member.
He graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and achieved a Master on Business for Energy and Environment at the Eni School for higher studies “E. Mattei”.

Jody Strik is the Commercial Director within TAQA the Netherlands, responsible for all commercial and supply chain activities related to TAQA’s upstream, storage and business development (incl CCS) activities.
Within this role he has been part of the TAQA Netherlands MT since mid 2019.
Besides being a GSE ExCom member, he also is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Vereniging Gasopslag Nederland (VGN) which represents the interests of gas storage operators connected to the Dutch gas grid.
Jody Strik started his career working at BP in several commercial functions within their gas portfolio, both within the upstream branch as well as the trading arm in London. He has a background education in Economics.

Mr. Ladislav Goryl is an experienced energy executive and recognized expert in underground natural gas storage, with more than 30 years of professional experience in the energy industry. He graduated from the Technical University of Košice, Faculty of Mining, Ecology, Process Control and Geotechnologies.
Since joining NAFTA a.s. in 1995, he has held a range of engineering, operational, and executive management positions, contributing significantly to the company’s growth, operational excellence, and strategic development. In February 2025, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of NAFTA a.s.
Before becoming CEO, Mr. Goryl led the Underground Gas Storage Division, where he was responsible for key strategic projects, including M&A activities, energy storage development, and renewable energy initiatives. Throughout his career, he has played a leading role in the implementation of major investment and infrastructure projects, including the development of the Gajary-Báden Underground Gas Storage Facility.
In addition to his role as CEO, Mr. Goryl serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of POZAGAS a.s. and Managing Director of SPP Storage, s.r.o. He also previously served as Managing Director of NAFTA Speicher GmbH & Co. KG in Germany.
His international experience includes serving as Chairman of the Underground Gas Storage Working Group of the International Gas Union (IGU) from 2012 to 2015, where he led industry initiatives and promoted international cooperation in the gas storage sector. He currently serves as Vice President of the Slovak Oil and Gas Association.
