CO₂necta – Integrated CO₂ Capture, Transport and Storage in Sagunto
CO₂necta is a pioneering project developed by Enagás, Holcim España and Saggas to decarbonise hard-to-abate industrial sectors. It will capture CO₂ from Holcim’s cement plant in Sagunto, transport and liquefy it at the Saggas LNG terminal, and ship it for permanent geological storage.
