The registration for the Annual Conference 2022 (hereinafter the “Event”) of GAS INFRASTRUCTURE EUROPE AISBL (hereinafter “GIE”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting your registration to attend the Event you agree to be bound by these terms.
This Disclaimer and any rights and obligations arising out of or in connection with it is to be governed by and construed under the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in relation with this Disclaimer shall be finally settled under the CEPANI Rules of Arbitration by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with those Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Brussels and will be conducted in English.
