On 14 April 2026, Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) hosted a workshop in Brussels to present a new study highlighting the importance of coordinated planning for electricity, hydrogen and gas infrastructure for a secure, affordable and climate‑neutral European energy system. The study sets out key insights relevant to the future evolution of Europe’s energy policy and Security of Supply framework.
